Welcome to EFG’s digital identification service. Kindly note that the proof of your identity document is a regulatory requirement and will be performed by a specialized Swiss provider on behalf of EFG, be assured that your data will be treated with highest confidentiality. 
This service is available from Monday to Saturday 7am – 10pm Swiss time.

How identification works

1. Click on “Start Identification”
   By clicking the button below you are redirected to the online form.
2. Fill out the online form
   Complete the personal information form and click on "continue". Ensure that the mobile number and email address belong to you and the entered data corresponds to your identification document before proceeding.
3. Download the mobile app
   Please follow the instructions that appear on your mobile device.
4. Perform the identification
   You will be automatically connected with an agent that will perform the process in a video chat.
5. Continue the journey
   You will be contacted by your Client Relationship Officer to discuss the next steps.
