The 10th edition of the Vendée Globe sets sail from Les Sables d’Olonne in France on 10 November 2024. The round the world, non stop, solo race has attracted a record number of competitors from all over the world, including Team Malizia’s skipper Boris Herrmann.
The final qualifying test for the race was a return transatlantic crossing from Les Sables d'Olonne to New York during April and May 2024, in which Boris Herrmann secured back to back second place finishes.
