In the fourth edition of ‘Caminada. Das Magazin’ Andreas Caminada embarks on a gastronomic visit to Europe. In Berlin, he meets up with German TV and celebrity chef Tim Raue, who shows him a wilder side to the capital and naturally introduces him to some of the city’s best chefs on the way.
In Venice, Andreas joins one of the world’s best female chefs, Ana Roš from Slovenia, as they travel across the Grand Canal to visit the famous Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Peggy Guggenheim was an icon of entrepreneurial thinking and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection is one of the most prestigious modern art collections in the world. EFG has a long-standing partnership with the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, it is a unique source of inspiration for all artists and it also proved to be so for Andreas and Ana, as they discussed everything from pasta to Picasso. As part of the same piece, Franco Polloni, Head of Switzerland and Italy Region, EFG International, talks more about EFG’s connection with art and why a love of cooking runs in his family. You can read the whole interview here (in German only).
Other highlights in the magazine include very personal in-depth conversation with Andreas Caminada in which he gives us an insight into his life and dreams; an interview with Zurich photographer Walter Pfeifer which includes a snapshot of some of his best pictures, and further stories and recipes from Silvio Germann, Dominik Hartmann and Zizi Hattab.
EFG is a 'Presenting Partner' of the magazine and the fourth edition is officially available in Switzerland from 18 November 2022 (in German only).
