EFG Digital Key Guide

The EFG security app

Introducing EFG Digital Key

EFG Digital Key is an easy to use and secure password-free way of logging into EFG’s online and mobile banking that replaces both the EFG Access and Entrust Identity apps. It is a single app for your smartphone or tablet, which allows you to login, approve payments, provide double signatures and securely identify yourself with EFG eBanking Support.

Simplified Login
EFG Digital Key offers a very simple, password-free login process. To login from your desktop, just enter your Username, scan the QR code and confirm the log in using your EFG Digital Key app. Logging in from our mobile app is also quick and easy when it is on the same smartphone or tablet as your EFG Digital Key app.  And if you're using a mobile web browser, you can just tap the QR code.

Validation of payments
EFG Digital Key will allow you to approve new beneficiaries and payments which you enter in either mobile or online banking. This is not only for your security, but is also in line with the European Payment Service Directive (PSD2), and meets the strong client authentication requirements.

Identification with eBanking Support
EFG Digital Key will allow us to quickly, securely and safely identify you when you call our eBanking Support.
