In this Privacy Notification “we” refers to EFG Asset Management (UK) Limited (Park House, 116 Park Street, London W1K 6AP, UK). We are the controller of your personal data.

When you receive electronic material through our use of the software solution tools (in particular the seismic platform), we may collect and in general process data relating to your viewing activity insights, such as your IP address; your location; the date and time of first viewing/ downloading the material; any subsequent visit to the material; the pages that you have viewed; and the time spent to each page of the relevant material. 

3. Sources of personal data

We collect your personal data:

• Directly from you; and
• Automatically by the software solution used.

4. How we use personal data

We use the software solution tools for the following purposes: (a) to analyze your viewing activity insights; (b) to provide you with the best content viewing activity; and (c) to assess and ameliorate the content of our material which is being dispatched to you. 

5. Legal basis for using your personal data

We will only use your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by changing your preferences in “My privacy settings”. 

6. Retention of personal data

Your personal data will be retained for as long as it is permitted or required by the applicable legislation. In case we process your personal data on the grounds of your consent, we will continue the processing until its withdrawal.

We reserve the right to update this Notification at any time, and we will notify you either in writing or via our website.
