Welcome to EFG’s digital identification service. Please note that providing the requested proof of identity documents is a regulatory requirement and will be performed by a specialised Swiss provider on behalf of EFG. Your data will be treated in the strictest confidence and only used for the stated proof of identity purposes.
How the identification process works:
You will need access to a smartphone that is connected to the internet and capable of taking photographs.
- Click on “Start Identification”
By clicking on the button below you are directed to the online application form. - Fill out the online form
Complete the personal information form and click on "continue". Ensure that the personal data entered on the form matches the details on your chosen identification document before proceeding. - Download the mobile app
Please follow the instructions that appear on your mobile device. - Perform the identification
Scan your identification document and take a selfie using your mobile device. - Continue the journey
Once this information has been submitted, please notify your Client Relationship Officer and provide them with the unique identification code (IDENT-ID) to enable tracking of the process.
If your nationality is unavailable in the list or in case of any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Client Relationship Officer.
